Sauna + Plunge: RUNwind Experience Day

We’ll kick things off with a social run through the local area (with two pace groups, so everyone’s welcome), followed by a guided stretch in the studio.

Then it’s time to sink into the ultimate contrast therapy experience — hot sauna, cold plunge, deep exhale — before enjoying wholesome food prepared by Ben, goodie bags, and relaxed conversation with like-minded people and the TRUE Collective team.

This is more than a workout — it’s a moment to pause, breathe, and reset.
