What is online coaching?

  • Real change doesn’t happen overnight. Our 12-week minimum gives you enough time to build consistency, create lasting habits, and start seeing meaningful results - not quick fixes that fade as fast as they start.

  • Your entire programme is delivered through an easy-to-use app, complete with clear training plans and video tutorials for every exercise. You’ll know exactly what to do each session - no guesswork, just structure.

  • If your package includes nutrition support, you’ll receive tailored calorie and macronutrient targets, plus simple strategies to help you eat well day to day. It’s not about restriction - it’s about building a sustainable approach that fits your lifestyle.

  • Having a coach in your corner changes everything. You’ll stay accountable, supported, and on track - with someone who understands when to push you and when to help you reset.

  • Depending on your package, you’ll check in weekly via video or message. This is your space to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and stay focused with the ongoing guidance of your coach.

We've all heard that achieving any goal is 80% diet right...? If you're motivated to move and train but are a little clueless when it comes to your diet then The Foodie package is for you. Over 12 weeks we will delve into your current eating habits, find hacks and tricks to ever so slightly change those habits to make them work for you and make them work for your goals.
