Overview
On this 5-night escape to Morocco, we’ll stay in a private villa on the edge of Marrakech - complete with a serene garden, rooftop terrace and pool perfect for sunrise sessions and evening unwinds.
This trip is designed to blend culture, movement and connection. We’ll train together daily, explore the magic of the Medina, unwind under the sunset and dine on authentic Moroccan cuisine prepared by our very own private chef. Think of this as your chance to reset, recharge and experience a totally new rhythm of life - TRUE style.



The Itinerary
Sunday
Arrival & Rooftop Welcome
Touch down in Marrakech where a private transfer will take you straight to the villa. Spend the afternoon settling in, sipping mint tea by the pool and shaking off travel with a post-flight movement session as the call to prayer echoes over the city. Gather for a welcome feast of nutritiously balanced cuisine and kick start your Moroccan escape.

Monday
Sweat, Stretch & Swim
A classic stereotypical TRUE day in paradise, as always with our signature days, expect a run, a strength workout, downtime, pre-dinner stretch and all the vibes. Moments to hit it hard followed by moments to recharge.

Tuesday
Midweek Medina
Following another classic TRUE schedule, the afternoon brings a group visit to the iconic Marrakesh Medina. The smells, the sights, the senses, all ready to be soaked up. Dinner this evening will be at a highly recommended and authentic Traditional Restaurant before heading back for an early night and much needed sleep.

Wednesday
Fitness, Fun & Friendly Competition
Wrapping up our time in the Villa, a complete TRUE day with added extras. Expect friendly competition, pool olympics and a big feast in our romanticised alfresco dining area

Thursday
Sweat, Sand & Starlight
Up + at 'em this morning as we checkout of the villa and head to the mountains. A guided hike through Berber villages, rivers and stunning valleys followed by a fresh mountain lunch before relocating to the Agafey Desert. Here, we’ll camp under the stars, share fireside stories and reflect on a TRUEly wonderful week.

Friday
Sunrise Start & Sweet Goodbyes
One final chance to soak up the Moroccan sun, we’ll set our alarms and watch the sunrise with rich coffee or sweet mint tea. Breakfast served and bags packed its back to RAK for the venture home, bodies and minds rejuvenated and refreshed.
